Signed promissary from 1767 – Great document – framed on acid free mat board with picture of Trumbull, Sr.
Nice early, antique frame – measures 20.5 x 16″

PRETTY victorian gable pediment.
Nice gingerbread design – there is one piece of scroll work missing – it is hard to notice it –
I bought this years ago & used it as a decor piece – it has a wire on the back for hanging – not heavy – Solid
When I bought it, it had a recent white paint covering.
Measures 86.5″ long is 41″ at peak – it measures 1 5/16″ thick.
Measures 12/12 on the pitch (90 degree angle)
Wonderful size for headboard – over a door way or mantle – could also be re-used for a functional purpose to dress up a home or barn!

Bought this piece about nine years ago from a fellow salvager. Salvaged in southern Maine – GREAT circa 1820-1830 door pediment.
Would make for an AWESOME head board!
Old crackled white paint – other potential uses: great for shelf or mantle piece!
Measures 72″ long is 40″ high – and 8″ deep.
Center height from floor to bottom of pediment is 18″ – height measured on edge – from floor to top of pediment edge = 27.5″

Has the best worn patina – & great lettering – sign is double sided, yet the back is very worn –
Measures 10′ 7.5″ long x 24″ high x 2″ thick on molded frame.

Gorgeous circa 1870 vintage GOTHIC fireplace mantle.
Wood – most likely pine.
Has great victorian design – wonderful crackled white paint – needs to be cleaned!
Measures 48″ wide x 46.5″ high x 8″ deep.
Firebox opening is 24″ wide x 33″ high
Square nails showing on back side!
Would make for a wonderful piece in restoration or even repurposed as a head board. I’ve also see many decorators use mantles as simple ornamentation in any room or hallway in a home!

Great piece of AMERICANA – a CHESTNUT counter – circa 1890 vintage from CT state.
Nice paneled & BEAD BOARD design with trim added for detail.
HEAVY piece – has FOUR LARGE drawers & open back!
Would make for a great store counter – or even repurposed as a kitchen island. Original finish – Nice & clean!
Great condition – solid & sturdy. Ready to use.
Measures 11′ 5″ long x 33″ high x 30″ deep.
Left side has bead board end (not paneled, like right side!)

Salvaged out of CHICAGO, IL – a FANTASTIC three piece arched window set.
Mission or Tudor design – all wood mullions – all but one pane of glass is good, early & wavy.
Has a nice light teal green on one side & pewter gray on the reverse – paint is flaking – and old dry surface!
Would make a phenomenal wall art in a large room or even a grand head board for a bed.
Could also be re-used in a restoration project!
Center section is 68″ high x 40″ wide – each side is 41″ wide – making for a 10′ wide span across the bottom. The windows are 1.75″ thick.
Finding a set like this is a rarity!
